Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your T-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or not as described (e.g., wrong design, color, or size due to our error), you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Wrong Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we’ll accept a return within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, including issues like incorrect size or color selection, unless the error is on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

Items marked as “final sale” or digital products (e.g., lookbooks) are non-returnable.

Return Process

Contact Us: Email us at rsmith@cordsmiff.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue (e.g., defect, wrong item), and a brief description.

Approval: We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide a return shipping label (if the issue is our fault) or instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping: If the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defect), we’ll cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. Ship the item back to the address provided by Printful (our fulfillment partner).

Resolution: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process a replacement or refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
